WSP Trooper Placed on Adminstrative Leave

Our news partner KIMA Action News has learned an internal investigation has a Washington State Patrol trooper based out of Yakima on paid administrative leave.

A spokesperson from Olympia says Trooper Travis Lamb is under criminal investigation for inappropriate behavior involving a woman he arrested.

The State Patrol says there's an appearance of impropriety, but there's no indication the woman's criminal case was affected by their relationship. No other details about the case are available at this time.
