Authorities say Gallagher wasn't known to them and lived a relatively quiet life before he was found bleeding on the floor of his home on the evening of April 15.

He was stabbed in the abdomen on Saturday afternoon during a fight in a second floor bathroom at Macy's department store in Union Gap.

The stabbing was reported at about 4:35 p.m. Saturday. An investigation is underway. No names have been released.

Yakima Police spokesman Mike Bastinelli says 55-year-old Mikel Ochoa and the suspect had a dispute over some private property at about 5:00 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Queen Avenue and Macleren Street.

Police say the girl was in a fight with a 14-year-old girl when the stabbing happened.
