Forgive Moxee if they're moving a little slow this week -- they threw another party over the weekend as the 2019 Moxee Hop Festival rolled around.

Just in time for the annual Moxee Hop Festival -- and just in time for football season -- a couple of Seattle Sea Gals showed up Saturday afternoon at our Townsquare Media booth to sign autographs, pose for pictures and marvel at the friendly crowds in City Park.

The Seattle Seahawks cheerleaders -- the Sea Gals -- will be sending two representatives to celebrate in the annual Moxee Hop Festival again this year.

From the parade down Iler Street to last call at the beer garden, the 2017 Moxee Hop Festival won't soon be forgotten. For the second consecutive year, a pair of Sea Gals even graced the grounds of the Moxee City Park, where thousands beat the triple-digit heat with icy treats, cool music and the soothing shade of the town's towering trees...

The Moxee Hop Festival has been drawing attendees from far beyond the East Valley for years, but organizers know a good thing when they see it. Last year, two members of the Seattle Seahawks cheer squad — the Sea Gals — garnered throngs of fans to the festival...

This year's Moxee Hop Festival has so much going on that organizers had no choice: They added an extra day. So if you love parades, live music, Sea Gals, great food and bucket-loads of family fun, mark your calendars for Aug. 3, 4 and 5.

The Moxee Hop Festival is always fun, but this year it had a little added star power -- Seattle Seahawks cheerleaders Christian and Melanie hung out with us all afternoon to sign autographs and pose for pictures. We got some pictures of our own (see gallery above) before after Moxee's Stan Fortier introduced the Sea Gals to the crowd (see video below)...
