The Yakima Downtown Farmer's Market is returning this weekend, just in time to welcome Moms for Mother's Day. The place to be Sunday from 9 AM to 1 PM downtown, is right in front of the historic Capitol Theater.

The Downtown Yakima Farmers Market opens on Sunday, Mothers Day with a full slate of handcrafted items, great food and entertainment.

Changes on the way? A Saturday Market and an entertainment stage. Valley Mall officials have also taken over the management of the market.
