The Crash was reported at about 12:18 pm Sunday.

According to a press release when deputies arrived, they found "a 2000 Dodge Durango and a 2001 Nissan Frontier pickup off the road.

Yakima Police Officers spotted the suspect vehicle, a black Audi A4 at about 12:30 am Tuesday and tried to stop the vehicle but the driver fled and a chase started.

In fact the Washington State Patrol and Deputies from the Yakima County Sheriff's Office tweeted out a friendly reminder for drivers this week.

Troopers say the crash happened at about 5:45 am when a driver was traveling south on State Route 823, 2 miles Northeast of Selah.

The man was taken to Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital where he was being treated over the weekend.

It happened at 12:19 am Monday when 48-year-old Samantha Webb of Yakima was a passenger in a Ford F-350 pick-up truck traveling eastbound on I-82 near Yakima.

A 1-year-old child was also in the vehicle but was not injured. The other driver also had minor injuries like cuts and bruises.

When they arrived they found 86-year-old JoAnne Kilian of Sunnyside injured.
