The Better Business Bureau and other authorities warn that scammers take advantage anytime people want to help others.

Authorities are also now including those who have been convicted of kidnapping. 12 people convicted of that crime are now being monitored by authorities in Yakima.

They say the scammers may be very convincing as they identify themselves as US Marshal Service or USMS.

local authorities say similar cameras have been in use for years in Yakima Police patrol vehicles.

Officers were called to the 1300 block of North First Street at about 11:00PM Saturday after a fight between two men.

The courthouse remains closed and many trails have been postponed until later this year.
