One of the longest running festivals in the Yakima Valley starts Friday in downtown Naches.

The Naches Sportsmans Days kicks off Friday night in Depot Park with the midway rides and live entertainment. Spokesman Randy Juette says then the event kicks off Saturday morning with a breakfast and parade.

The parade starts at 10:00 a.m. you can get involved by registering from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. then we’re having a car show right after the parade.

The festival continues Saturday afternoon and Sunday with live music, games and rides in the midway. Money raised at the Naches Sportsmans Days helps the local Lions Club and Naches High School students with school projects.
