A Washington Driving Hack, Born In Yakima!
Last month, I wrote about a genius trick to beat Seattle traffic.
Whether you'd call it a "Life Hack" or a "Highway Hack" is totally up to you.
Most who saw the article laughed and called it "Illegal."
This new hack turned out to not really be a hack but potentially could be, depending on how devious my friend (the car's owner) wants to be.
I was coming to work last Monday when I noticed my co-worker/friend (named Dave, and yes, he's an actual person who exists) parked his car right in front of the building.
No, parking closer to the building to walk less is not the hack I'm talking about… but it could be in the same ballpark.
I noticed on the back of his car this sticker:
I laughed because my friend does have a child, but I thought the kid well past driving age.
I asked him if he just kept the sticker on so he could drive terribly and no one would suspect a thing.

He answered, no, his cub is, in fact, 15 with a learner's permit… BUT we both agreed that it's a great idea!
So the new Yakima Life Hack, which we hope doesn't spread around Washington, is to put a "new driver" sticker on your car so that you can drive like a newbie, and people will give you plenty of room to be a moron!
Just be careful of terrible actions on the road or in a parking lot. Otherwise, you might be shamed like this group!
