Concert Report: Jelly Roll @ Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle!
It’s the sign of a great concert when you are still exhausted the next day.
So exhausted you need a few days to unpack all the incredible memories you just lived.
All the sights and sounds you just experienced still rattling away in your skull.
You are so exhausted that when your cousin asks you about the concert, you shrug him off because you’re still living in bliss from the night before.
But your cousin keeps bugging you, to the point that he talks to your husband because he realized that you married a great guy.
That is the case with my cousin Heather and her husband Travis, who just experienced one of the best concerts of their lives.
UPDATE: My cousin reached out to me, to explain why she didn't give me a review right away, and it is very heartwarming. Jelly Roll means so much to her, his music, his trials, and the way he has risen above what life has thrown at him, and has become a force of motivation and inspiration for many. She loves him and all that he is, so much. She wanted to make sure whatever she told me, would do him and his performance justice, and hold and convey the meaningfulness that she feels.
I told her, that when she was ready, to let me know, and I'd update this article.

Heather wasn’t very helpful in describing the show, but luckily, the pictures that she and Travis took are fantastic.
“I got a thumbs up when I put my hands in the air to show Jelly roll my nails! Man, it was the best concert I have ever been to, what a blast!” – Heather Carter Tilley.
Travis gave me a little bit more in the form of a “concert report,” and I’m grateful for that.
Alexandra Kay opened up the show, followed by Warren Zieder. Their set was good, but the PA volume drowned out the vocals.
Jelly Roll took the stage, and the sound was perfect. He was great, telling stories between songs and really connecting with fans (including pointing at Heather).
He performed a medley combining some of his older tunes, which was pretty awesome.
One of the cooler parts of the night, came when he performed some of his newer stuff.
“He has a new album coming out October 11th, where all proceeds are being donated to mental health.” – Travis Carter Tilley.
Alexandra Kay wasn’t finished for the night, as she returned on stage to perform a duet with Jelly Roll to much joy of a sold-out Arena!
