‘Board In Yakima’ Gaming Events Coming!

Board games are drastically underrated in today’s world.

They’re fun; they never expire, you can enjoy them anywhere, at any time, and best of all, no power is required!

My wife and I have a pretty good-sized collection of board games. And no, we don’t have kids, we just enjoy board games.

Family game nights with just the two of us, or our siblings or friends, there is nothing quite like it.

Some can be intimidating, learning the rules, or finding a group to play with, but luckily, an upcoming event for Yakima might just help you roll the dice on some new fun!

Board In Yakima Open Gaming!

Coming to the Art & Event Gallery at Yakima Maker Space (18 South First Street) will be a fun monthly get-together called Board In Yakima!

Tabletop Games! Board Games! Card Games! As long as you’re not stuck in front of a screen, it’s fair game!

Strategy, creativity, or just plain ole luck, it’s a chance for the public to unplug and have some fun!

When Are The Board In Yakima Events?

Board In Yakima! Open Gaming will be happening on April 5th, May 3rd, and June 7th from 11 am to 4 pm. It is open to all ages, and you are free to attend!

Bring your own games or play one of theirs!

The main rules are to be courteous, have fun, and abide by the other rules of your particular game (looking at you, UNO players)!
