Court Rules President Exceeded Authority

-The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that President Obama exceeded his authority in making recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board. This was a case that started in Yakima with Noel Canning. We will talk about this unanimous ruling.

- 4th District congressional candidate George Cicotte will be on the show to talk about his candidacy. Cicotte is one of eight Republicans and one of 12 candidates trying to replace the retiring Rep. Doc Hastings, R-Pasco.
