Want another "win" for Trump's America?  The trickle down IS trickling and charities are benefiting from the improving economy. Charitable giving in the U.S. surpassed $400 billion for the first time last year, and observers says the generosity is being driven driven by a surging stock market and large gifts from billionaires.

The Giving USA report released Tuesday (June 12th) said that donations from people, estates, foundations and corporations reached an estimated $410 billion in 2017, up 5.2 percent from 2016.

The complaint by some is that the "rich are getting richer" and while that may be true,  it's also true the rich are sharing the wealth at an unprecedented level.

At the same time people seeking charity by way of food stamps drops to an 8 year low.
