This week, the Auditor's office had issued a warning to county voters, stating that political clothing would need to be removed upon entering the courthouse.

Auditor Charles Ross reports that the office has already received about 48,000 ballots, with more expected to arrive as the weekend progresses.

With just days remaining until the election, Ross emphasizes that state law strictly prohibits any display of support for candidates or issues.

Placement: Install smoke alarms in every bedroom, in hallways outside sleeping areas, and on all floors of the home, including basements. Larger residences may require additional alarms.

Scammers are making calls or leaving messages claiming individuals have missed jury duty and will be arrested unless they pay a fine.
