I ran across an item that Ben and Jerry's was looking to find a signature ice cream flavor for Seattle. How about us?

The Seattlepi.com ran an article today about the Ben and Jerry's ice cream folks coming to Seattle this month to find a Seattle inspired new flavor.

So, I was thinking what about Yakima. What would be the ice cream flavor that would represent our community? An apple cinnamon crunch? A wine grape-y gelato? Come up with an idea for us. (And please take it seriously, no Yakima pessimism)
