Breaking: Hoops Bar & Grill Appears To Be On Fire [VIDEO]

This video was shot by Darren Uceny at approximately 2:00 p.m. this afternoon and appears to show that Hoops Bar & Grill in the Lincoln Shopping Center in Yakima has caught on fire.
