To drizzle or not to drizzle, that is the question!  When on a diet should you avoid the dressing in hopes of cutting calories?  You can but it comes at a cost say researchers at Iowa State.

The Daily Mail is reporting that you’re actually making your salad healthier.  Blasphemy-No-Absorption, Yes!

The Cyclone scientists say adding up to two tablespoons of dressing to your salad helps to achieve maximum nutrient absorption from the veggies.

Adding the fat will increase the amount of vitamins A, E, and K your body absorbs, all of which have been associated with cancer prevention and improved vision.  (Daily Mail)
