The suit between Saucedo vs. NW Management has ended with a $1 million settlement for hundreds of farm workers, KNDO News reports.

The suit, which began four years ago, involved a group of Yakima Valley farm workers who were dismissed after complaining to law enforcement that they were repeatedly intimidated by their boss. The boss, the workers told authorities, often fired his gun while the group was working.

Now that group of 722 workers will share the $1 million settlement that has been approved by the state Supreme Court. Depending on how many seasons they worked, the payments will break down to about $1,000-$3,000 for each worker.
