If you're 21-years-old or older and you're looking for a way to earn your high school diploma rather than a G.E.D. check out the High School 21 Program at Yakima Valley College. Marc Coomer is the schools' Dean of Basic Skills who tells KIT News "The high school equivalency is a good thing to get but some people like to get a Diploma because it reflects more of the traditional high school path as opposed to an equivalency certificate."
He says some employers may look for a diploma rather than a G.E.D. certificate. He says the program is very affordable at $25 a quarter. Contact Yakima Valley College Basic Skills Program Today at 574-6850. Or check out the YVC website.
