Yakima to Host Veterans’ Affairs Town Hall Meeting

Officials from Seattle and Walla will be in Yakima on Tuesday, March 17 for the meeting with local veterans.

VA officials want to hear from veterans and their families about the VA can improve its healthcare system.

After a series of high profile concerns like long wait times for veterans seeking medical care, the VA is trying to rebuild trust in the agency.

The town hall will be held from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m, at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #379, located at 118 South Fifth Avenue in Yakima.
