Yakima Police Seeking Information on Wednesday’s Night Shooting

A 28-year-old man was shot in the arm in an incident at a home in the 13 hundred block of Garfield avenue just after 11:00 p.m. Wednesday night. Yakima Police say they were called to the home for a report of shots fired.

When they arrived they found the 28-year-old victim intoxicated in the backyard of the home suffering from a gunshot wound to his right arm. He was taken to a Yakima hospital where he is being treated Today. Police say he refused to tell them what happened.
