Yakima Police Investigating Double Shooting

Two men are at a Yakima hospital today after a shooting in the 4 hundred block of West D Street reported about 20 minutes after midnight. Police were called to the area after a report of shots fired. When they arrived they found a 30 year old and a 33 year old suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were taken to a Yakima hospital with non life threatening wounds...one was hit in the leg the other in the torso. No suspects were arrested and there's no word on exactly how the two were shot.

Bullets struck a nearby apartment complex but no one was injured.
