Yakima Police ID Suspect In Gang Related Shooting

An 18-year-old woman remains in critical condition at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle Today following a gang related shooting Sunday night at the intersection of Cherry and Clarke Avenues that also left two others with gunshot wounds. Yakima Police Spokesman Mike Bastinelli. "We've heard that there may have been a shooting earlier that lead to this but we don't know anything about a prior shooting." Bastenelli says the driver has been identified as
22-year -old Rueban Ocampo, the 18-year-old passenger as Diana Abundiz and the name of the 15-year-old male passenger was not released. Abundiz was struck multiple times and remains in critical condition at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. The two others were treated at Yakima hospitals. Bastinelli says they're looking for the suspect who've they've identified. They hope to make an arrest soon.
