Yakima's Top Cop, Chief Dominic Rizzi was a guest on Thursday's Mike Bastinelli show.

The Chief talked about some changes in the police department, what the recent decriminalization of recreational marijuana use might mean to his department, the continuing fight against gangs,and what people should do to prevent car theft.
