Yakima Police have arrested a man who they say robbed the Walmart pharmacy at 65th and Nob Hill early Friday. Police spokesman Mike Bastinelli says the man walked into the pharmacy robbed the employees at gunpoint. "We're not sure what he got but some sort of medication and then fled on foot." Bastinelli says the man then ran behind the store in an orchard where he was arrested. No word if a gun was recovered. Bastinelli says numerous witnesses at the store helped to identify the suspect.
No injuries were reported in the robbery reported at about 10:45 a.m. Friday.
