Yakima Firefighters Union President States Case in Battle with City

The Yakima Firefighters Union is upset with a proposal made by the city to eliminate the battalion chiefs position.  That proposal led the firefighters union to show up in force at the Yakima City Council meeting last week.  The union wanted the public to know that they believe the proposal is a threat to public safety.  Today on "The Mike Bastinelli Show," the President of the Yakima Firefighters Union Jeremy Rodriquez will give the unions position.  Listen today from 3 to 6 on AM 1280 KIT FM 99.3 Newstalk KIT.
