Yakima DSHS Employee Faces Charges

A 50-year-old man who works with children at the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services in Toppenish faces child molestation charges this week in Yakima County Superior Court. Yakima Police say Rodolfo De Leon turned himself in to the Yakima Police Department Thursday after police say he admitted to sexually assaulting five children. He's being held in the Yakima county jail on child molestation charges. Police say the attacks allegedly happened at his Yakima home. Court documents say the alleged molestation happened as early as 2010 and as recently as April.
