Yakima City Manager Not Picked For Casper Job

Yakima City Manager Tony O'Rourke is expected to be back at his job today after interviewing for a city manager position in Casper, Wyo., earlier this week -- he wasn't picked for the job.

O'Rouke's search for a new job comes amid rumors that he plans to resign later this year before the new council is in place in 2016. O'Rourke reportedly talked about the resignation in a closed-door meeting earlier this month.
