A historic decision begins with the Primary Election today. Historic because for the first time in the history of the city of Yakima, voters will cast ballots in six different court-ordered districts.

In addition to the city of Yakima, voters are casting ballots in Granger, Union Gap and the Naches Valley School District. Candidates are hoping to be among the top two to move on to the General Election in November.
