Yakima’s Arboretum Luminary is one of the largest candle lit walks in the Northwest. Colleen Adams Schuppe, Co-executive Director of the arboretum, says the luminary is a family tradition for many in the Yakima Valley. Individuals are invited to take a stroll along the pathway while enjoying holiday music and the tallest lighted Christmas tree in Central Washington. Hot cocoa will also be in the Jewett Interpretive Center. It is planned for Dec. 14th and 15th from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Yakima area arboretum.
