Yakima And Kittitas Counties Looking For Stabbing Suspect

The Yakima Police Department has been investigating an attempted murder incident since late Friday night.  The investigation has evolved to the point that a suspect, listed above, has been identified as 20 year old Raul Martinez and is wanted by police.  Further, it has been determined that this crime occurred in Kittitas County.  Yakima Police will continue to assist in the investigation due to the progress of the investigation to this point.  However, charges which are expected to be filed in this case will be handled out of the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office.

The attached photographs depict the suspect wanted in connection with this violent crime.  Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call either the Yakima Police Department, 911 or Yakima Crime Stoppers.
