Have you ever seen a broken streetlight or a knocked down street sign around town? How about a vacant lot that is really an eyesore? Your first thought might be "Someone really needs to take care of that, but who in city government do I tell about it?"

Now its as easy as going online. The City of Yakima has started a new web service called "Yak Back". It's a way citizens can contact the city about some of the things mentioned earlier.

Randy Beehler, the city's Communications Director, was a guest on Monday's Mike Bastinelli show. He talked about Yak Back and the new TV magazine the city is starting on public access cable.
