October is archives month and have you ever considered looking for archives for your family history? The annual Yakima Valley Genealogical Society fall workshop is set for Saturday. Spokesperson Judy Schuster says if you've never done any research or if you're a pro. The day is for you. "There will be some classes for people who are just starting out and there will be classes for those who've been doing research for some time."
She says there will be many topics of genealogical history research to choose to attend during four different sessions!  The workshop will be located at the Olive Hill Lutheran Church at 7809 Tieton Drive in Yakima. For more information: (509) 248-1328.
