Woman Shot Near Majestic Movie Theater in Yakima

A woman was shot in the head in the parking lot outside the Majestic in Union Gap. Yakima County Coroner Jack Hawkins identified the victim in last night's shooting as Cynthia Kelly-Munzanreder. Union Gap police originally told media outlets that she had died. They later said that information was incorrect and she's on life support

The gunman shot multiple times at 8:40 last night as the woman was leaving the movie theater. The suspect ran as Union Gap Police and the K-9 unit rushed to the scene. Police surrounded the Toys R Us on Washington and even put police on the roof.

The capture of the suspect was not confirmed.
