WASHINGTON (AP) — Willie Nelson says it's an honor to be given a prize from the Library of Congress and he appreciates it greatly. Nelson has been named the recipient of the library's Gershwin Prize for Popular Song. Librarian of Congress James Billington calls Nelson a "musical explorer" and a "master communicator" who redrew the boundaries of country music. Nelson will receive the prize during a tribute concert in Washington in November.
