Washington State Is #1 For Christmas Spirit !

When it comes to having the Christmas Spirit, nobody does it like Washington State!  A new survey by GetCenturyLink compared 10 data points in two categories across all 50 states to reach the conclusion Washington is Number One for 2018.

The survey looked at online activity such as searches  for Christmas movies and gingerbread houses, shopping trends, streaming Christmas music and tweeting Christmas messages.  The survey also looked at area culture such as number of Christmas tree farms and Charitable giving.

As well as Washington did overall, the evergreen state still came up a bit below average on three of the online metrics: Christmas movies, wrapping paper, and Elf on the Shelf.​ (Carol, our Elf on the Shelf is a centerpiece of Christmas fun at our house, so other Washingtonians, you folks are missing out!)   So, without further delay:
