We are in the midst of Women’s History Month and Washington state is in the middle of the pack when it comes to being a great state for the successful woman--number 23 to be exact.In consideration of the number of women in public- and private-sector leadership roles increasing this past year and women outpacing men in college enrollment, the leading personal finance social network WalletHub conducted an in-depth analysis of 2015’s Best & Worst States for Women.
The ranking to find the best environment for women is based on a number of measures ranging from median earnings for female workers to women’s preventive health care.
