Warriors Continue to Roll

(AP) — Based on the results from Oakland, California, last night, there is currently no doubt who the class of the NBA is. The reigning league champion Warriors played host to their closest rival this year, San Antonio, and walked off with a blowout 30-point win, 120-90. The Warriors now have the amazing record of 40-4 on the season while the Spurs are "just" 38-7.

Both the Warriors and Spurs have the night off but eight games are on the NBA schedule this evening.

Oklahoma City, the team with the third best record in the league at 33-13, is on the road for a game with the Knicks in Madison Square Garden.

L.A.'s Clippers are the next winningest team in the Western Conference, and this evening the Clips are in Indianapolis to meet the Pacers. The 28-16 Clippers have won seven of their last 10 games.

It's probably fitting to go from talking about the best teams in the league to two of the worst, the Suns and Sixers. In Philadelphia the 76ers, who are a league-worst 6-39, are playing host to the 14-32 Phoenix Suns.

The remaining games tonight feature the Wizards in Toronto, the Nets home to the Heat, the Blazers entertaining the Kings, Dallas in L.A. against the Lakers and Orlando at Milwaukee. Back on the bench for that game will be Bucks' coach Jason Kidd who has missed five weeks of coaching following hip surgery. Without Kidd the Bucks went 8-9 under interim coach Joe Prunty.
