Walking a Mile In Her Shoes on the Mike Bastinelli Show [AUDIO]

Imagine a man, six feet four inches tall and weighing two hundred five pounds, walking several city blocks in high-heeled shoes. Many Yakima area men will be doing just that on April 12 when Comprehensive Mental Health sponsors the 7th annual "Walk A Mile In Her Shoes".

The march is to raise awareness about violence against women: Rape, sexual assault and also gender bias.

Emily Maris, CMH community development coordinator was a guest on Monday's Mike Bastinelli show. She talked about the history of the event, what to expect this year, and how people can sign up to march.
