It happened in Marysville at a local ranch-type store ... the suspects are a 22- and 23-year-old who thought it would be awesome to steal a few $400 nail guns, but apparently it wasn't their day ...

The Daily Herald newspaper reports that the two suspects allegedly took (4) nails guns from Coastal Farm and Ranch store in Marysville and fled in a Honda Civic. Sounds kinda boring, but not so in this situation. When the suspects attempted to flee the scene, their vehicle was surrounded by six concerned citizens with guns drawn.

"Go ahead, make my day" is what I imagine they were thinking and that is when the shooting of tires began ...

Incidentally the Honda Civic was recovered a few blocks away with two flat tires and the stolen merchandise...
