Utility Work Closes Portion Of South 3rd Street This Week
City crews are busy this week with utility work to Close a portion of South 3rd Street -
The work is happening on South 3rd Street between East Walnut Street and East Chestnut Avenue from Tuesday, October 2nd through Thursday, October 5th. Work hours on the project will be from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm each day.
Because of heavy traffic volumes in the area, drivers can expect delays near the project area. Drivers should use alternate routes if possible until the work is completed.
Access to homes and businesses in the project area will be maintained as best as possible and emergency vehicles will be allowed through the project area if necessary.
