Two suspects have been arrested in connection with a drive-by shooting reported Wednesday in the area of  S. Keys Rd and University Parkway.
The victim says he knew the identity of the shooter and driver of the red SUV from prior gang involvements.  He says he first noticed the suspects while traveling on Highway 97. The red SUV pulled up next to him and began to flash gang signs at the victim. The red SUV found the victim a while later in Terrace Heights and began firing a handgun at the victim’s vehicle. There were multiple bullet holes on the driver's side of the victim’s vehicle and the victim was not injured by bullets. The victim was treated for other injuries by medics on scene and later went to the hospital on his own. His condition is unknown Today.

The person who allegedly pulled the trigger was identified as 20-year-old Lindsey Dominique Albright. The suspected driver of the vehicle was identified as 26-year-old Louis Francisco Aguilar. Currently, multiple search warrants are being executed on vehicles and residences in that are related to this case.
The suspects are being held in the Yakima County jail on charges of Assault 1st Degree, Drive-By Shooting, Malicious Mischief 3rd Degree, and Possession of a Pistol by a Person from Eighteen to Twenty-One.
