Yakima Police have arrested two men for impersonating a police officer. Officers say they were called monday by a woman at 16th and Lincoln. The woman told officers that a vehicle pulled up behind her and flashed red and blue lights and then drove away after she stopped. A few minutes later the suspect vehicle stopped another vehicle in the area of 40th and Summitview.  Another woman said the vehicle pulled behind her vehicle, turned on a red and blue light visible through the windshield.  The woman was able to obtain a license plate of the vehicle before it sped away. A short time later the suspect vehicle was located traveling in the area of North First Street.  Officers pulled over the vehicle and arrested a 22 year old male and an 18 year old male, The suspects were using a police app on their phones.  Both were arrested for impersonating a police officer.
