The American Psychological Association says frequent traveling can help you handle stress more easily by way of escape!  You can actually recharge when you withdraw yourself from stressful situations and environments for a little while.

Elite Daily also reports on a study by Momondo, a travel website, that shows traveling also helps increase your empathy-- your ability to relate to others.

Momondo​'s study says 3 out of 4 people believe that traveling gave them "a more positive view on people from the countries they have visited, other cultures in general and on differences and diversity."
