Toppenish Man Killed In Fatal Shooting

Detectives from the Yakima County Sheriff's office are searching for a suspect in the fatal shooting of a 25-year-old Toppenish man. They say Juan Palomino was shot in the head Sunday morning while he was riding in a vehicle on Highway 97 near Toppenish. He was shot near the intersection of Highway 97 and Buster Road. Detectives say he was a passenger in the vehicle. He was taken to Toppenish Hospital where he died. No arrests have been made and the investigation continues Today.
