hope he is too!  PAYBACK!!  Mom’s about to learn that dealing with tantrums is part of raising a child and now science has confirmed toddlers as young as two understand how to manipulate those around them by using sounds. Loud, howling, annoying sound!

In other words, when they're throwing a tantrum they know exactly what they're doing. Researchers say it's developmentally appropriate to talk to two-year-olds about hearing and ask them to be quiet-- it's not out of their grasp to understand.

Whether a toddler chooses to be quiet, well that is different, often embarrassing and traumatic story!!

Apparently, by age two, kids are beginning to understand the impact sounds can have on other people.   (Daily Mail)
