A deadly crash near White Swan on Tuesday took the lives of three Lower Valley residents.

Washington State Patrol troopers say a westbound truck that was attempting to pass another vehicle collided with an oncoming vehicle at the intersection of Fort and Brownstown roads, about six miles east of White Swan at about 1:40 p.m. Tuesday.

Both drivers were killed in the crash, along with one passenger.

They're identified as 53-year-old David Dogsleep, 28-year-old Nicholas Martinez and 44-year-old Anthony John. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
