The new sculpture in downtown Yakima to honor Dr. and Rep. Skinner is in place. It's located at 2nd Street and Yakima Avenue? It's called "Transcendence." What do you think?

The sculpture cost $50,000 including lighting and installation. It was entirely funded through private donations to the Yakima Arts Giving Circle.
