Its crunch time in Olympia as the final bills of the legislative session will soon come to the floor for a vote. Representatives Bill Hinkle and Judy Warnick say now is a critical time to hear from constituents. That’s why they’re inviting 13th District citizens to join them Tuesday night in a telephone town hall meeting.
