Teen Charged With Voyeurism Set For Trial June 29
Trial is set for June 29 in Yakima County Juvenile Court for a 17-year-old Davis High School student charged with 4 counts of felony voyeurism after police say he took hundreds of videos up the skirts of girls at the school. Police say they've been able to identify more than 20 new victims on the videos. Yakima County Prosecutor Joe Brusic says he waiting on those reports. "It's our understanding that there's going to be additional allegations involving further victims. We're in the process of receiving that information from the Yakima Police Department."
Brusic says more charges could be filed future after he reviews the reports. A pre- trial hearing for the teen is set for June 20. The Davis student who hasn't been identified was released to the custody of his parents after a court appearance last week.
