Hawks Defensive Back Says Patriot's TE Gronkowski "Not That Good"

Nickel back Jeremy Lane said Thursday that New England tight end Rob Gronkowski was "overrated' and the Seattle knew how to stop him in Super Bowl XLIX.

“I actually don’t think he’s that good,” Lane said. “He’s OK.”

Lane said that he thought the key to stopping Gronkowski was getting physical with him.

“He does have a big body,” Lane said, “but from what I’ve seen on tape, he doesn’t like you putting your hands on him. So if we put our hands on him and shake him up a little big, he won’t catch that many balls.”

Packers Linebacker Fined for Hit on Russell Wilson

Green Bay defensive standout Clay Mathews was fined $22,050 for his block on Seahawks' quarterback Russell Wilson in Sunday's NFC championship game. Mathews blindsided Wilson Wilson while blocking on an interception return.

Mathews said after the game that was not trying to injure Wilson.
